A finely enamelled and gilt Kyoto Vase, circa 1870, the cylindrical body with three figures in an interior, a child behind, probably a scene from a novel, the reverse with peacocks below a waterfall, separated by gourds in a quatralobed panel below stiff leaf border, the neck with ho-ho on a roundel, very slight wear, 30.5cm, it is uncommon to find decoration of this quality on wares of this date and there is a strong possibility that it was made for domestic use rather than export Some gilding missing to rim. Small patch of gilding missing to left panel beside main figure. Further gilt decoration missing to side panels.

An SFBJ bisque head doll, with sleeping brown eyes and open mouth exposing four teeth, incised SFBJ/60/Paris/6/0, on a composition body, 30.5 cm high Condition report Report by NG Face grubby. Glue patch running down left hand side where glue messy from someone trying to reattach wig. Other glue residue. Production fault to back of head, appears to show a slither has been reglued, but think this was done at production stage not later. Some scratches. Eye function working. Wig currently detached with a lot of glue in hair and some losses. Body numbered three between shoulder blades. Elastic now loose. Top section of legs possible replacements. Knocks to fingers, little finger on right hand missing.

Red paste-on title patch with gilt title on spine. Leather scratched away in small patches on spine, lower edges of front, spine and back covers. Corners bumped with leather loss, some small spots on front cover. Light foxing on half-title page, otherwise book tightly bound and clean, all plates clean and bright. Very Good condition. A George III Irish Union interest silver teapot, by William Doyle, Dublin 1806, of bellied oblong form on four ball feet, engraved with a band of flowers depicting the English rose, Scottish thistle and Irish shamrock, and with two cartouches, one monogrammed, 20oz CONDITION REPORT: Sides of spout tip slightly mis-shapen. Repairs to spout including solder and a patch of solder along front beneath engraving. Two small splits to top rim. General wear including light surface scratches and small dents. A Victorian britannia standard silver two-handled monteith, by Lambert & Co, London 1893, the half fluted circular bowl on a circular foot with gadroon borders, the scalloped rim decorated with scrolls and cherub masks with lion mask ring handles, with presentation inscriptions 'In commemoration of the Incorporation of the Mercers Company 13 Jan 1394', and 'Presented by the Mercers Company, 13 Jun 1894', and with motto and the Mercers' maiden, 22cm diameter, 26oz This is number 44 of 181 small size replicas of the Sydenham monteith, presented to the Mercers Company in 1699 by William Sydenham in return for the use of the hall for the draw of his private land lottery. The replica monteiths were presented to all members of the livery in 1894 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the company's first charter in 1394. See The Mercers Company Plate by Roger Lane, pg 90-91, for an illustration of the original. CONDITION REPORT: One of the cartouche has a small dent/ repair. There is a split down from the rim visible to the inside (not visible from the outside). Scratch patch to base. Please enquire for a full condition report.

**A PAIR OF GREAVES AND SABATONS IN THE STYLE OF VALENTIN SIEBENBURGER, NUREMBURG, CIRCA 1535, 19TH CENTURY each formed of a full-length greave opening at the inside of the leg, well shaped to the calf and ankle-bones, pierced at the heel with a vertical slit to accommodate a spur and fitted at its lower front end with an integral broad-toed sabaton of seven lames overlapping inwards to the fourth, the upper and lower edges of the rear plate formed with file-roped inward turns bordered by etched band of running foliage on a stippled and blackened ground, repeated around the lower edge of the sabaton and to either side of a medial roped rib decorating the front of the toe-cap, and enclosed to the outside of the latter with a narrow groove repeated beneath the upper etched band of the rear plate of the greave (the left rear plate with a patch of light rust) Provenance JWHA Inv. No. 2589 The decoration of these elements resembles that found on armours by Valentin Siebenberger of Nuremburg in the Musée de Rennes, Brittany, the Musée de l`Armée, Paris Inv. Nos G. 314, G. 591, G. 436 & G 568, and the Hermitage Museum, St Petersburg (Reitzenstein 1973. pp. 99-108)

First fine, the fifth very fine, others choice uncirculated, the 1914A with a patch of green verdigris on the obverse. (6)
A Chinese bronze censer with twin elephant handles and engraved characters to base CONDITION REPORTS Overall condition appears to be good though with some denting and scratching to the rim at the interior with some oxidisation possibly caused by water. There is a small circular patch to the underside with two small cracks appearing from the edge. This is also visible from the interior. This appears to be an old repair. The elephant tusks to one of the handles are slightly shorter than those on the other side which appears to be the result of old damage. Weight is 774 g. Diameter of top of rim is 10.4 cm. Diameter of foot is 8 cm. Width max from tusk to tusk of handles approx 14.8 cm.
Doulton Lambeth vase monogrammed George Tinworth with scrolling leaf body applied with floral bosses, inscribed monogram to side and impressed marks to base, 23.5cm high Condition report: No damage or restoration. There is very minor wear to the points of the jewelling and a small patch to the foot where the glaze has not taken properly.
