In good condition, original handles, all metalware present and seemingly original. Not particularly stained or damaged, drawers good, albeit slightly sticky. Small patch of worm in base (see photos). A good solid piece. Top drawer section comes apart from main chest.

ROYAL WORCESTER; a matched set of three porcelain cabinet display plates decorated by Richard Sebright, with hand painted fruit still life within blue and pink borders of gilt scrolls, shells and flora, each signed in puce lower right, diameter of each 23cm, marked with puce factory backstamp to the reverse, one also with retailer's mark of Maple & Co London, c1920s (2). CONDITION REPORT Both plates ring true, some marks and rubbing to gilt in places, the peach decorated example with a noticeable blemish over the gilt cavetto section in numerous places, both plates have some light glaze pitting as well as inclusions visible, peach plate with a small patch of wither kiln grit or inclusion to the front of the plate and a visible 1cm glaze scratch to the white sectionthe peach plated also with a small scratch resulting in paint loss to one of the vine leaves.

CONDITION REPORT overall solid but used condition there is a slight split to one side of the top which goes through the side and onto the table top and a further small patch of veneer missing.

British School (18th Century) Portrait of a Lady in a Silver Dress, oil on canvas, measurements 76 x 63 cmCondition report: The painting is an oil on canvas, the canvas has been relined, and there is evidence for an old tear to the right of the sitter. The upper right has numerous stratches which resultant surface loss, also to the left and right elbows of the sitter, the edges of the canvas are rough and have abrasions and scuffs resulting in surface losses. A dent is present upper right with abrasion to the surface. The circular patch to the left of the sitter's face- there does not appear to be anything beneath it but I believe could be from storage- having something placed against the surface of the painting as another portrait from the same collection had a very similar mark. There is evidence for the painting having been previously cleaned and retouched in places. There is craquelure throughout the paint surface. A 19th century mahogany library bookcase, the cavetto cornice above twin glazed panel doors with acanthus leaf corner spandrels, enclosing three adjustable shelves, the base with moulded top and twin panelled doors with conforming acanthus decoration, raised on a plinth base, 130cm wide x 59cm deep x 230cm high.Condition report: Cosmetic marks to the exterior consistent with age and use.  Base top front right edge has a small split.  Base top front left corner has a very small veneer patch.  Interior fair to good with some marks to the shelf tops consistent with use.

Handles later. Restorations, including veneers, for instance fall (hinges replaced and patches around hinges and patch above escutcheon). One or two old handle positions evident from dowels. Lacking one loper handle. Overall - in reasonable condition. Loss of some colour.

A Papier-mâché French Bulldog in the manner of Roullet-Decamps, with articulated jaw, barking via the chain leash, with bristle-fringed collar with flocked surface finish. Her head-nodding freely on an internal gimbal. Fitted with turned wooden wheels concealed in each foot. together with one similar. 44 cm long theThe main dog is generally in good but used condition, with the odd worn/balding patch. There is a crack to the top of the front right leg where it joins the body. The second dog has some bald patches and some insect damage, splits and losses to covering behind the ears and her collar is missing and her head no longer nods. A chip to the collar and the chain aperture has a chipped rim. It looks like the dog's left jaw has been bashed and badly repaired.
