Model near mint to mint, with the original display stand and the original outer box (stand VG+, box G+. A very nice original model, within a generally good original box.
A stunning original rare Corgi Toys made diecast model No. 261 ' James Bond Aston Martin DB5 '. Incredible mint+ condition model, stand and outer box. The nicest version we have ever seen, likely ex-shop stock. Gold variation, with spoked wheels and red interior. Complete with both ejector seat figures, ' Top Secret Instructions ' (not sealed) and cloth patch. This incredible model comes autographed by James Bond stars Shirley Eaton and Honour Blackman. Eaton played ' Jill Masterson ' in Goldfinger, and Blackman played ' Pussy Galore ' in the same movie. Both stars have autographed the outer box, inner display stand and the model itself. Signatures obtained in person by the vendor, and photographic proof has been supplied. The best condition Aston Martin we have ever seen, made extra special by being signed by stars of the iconic franchise. Rare.

A framed and glazed late-19th century needlework sampler: Margaret A. Peters, aged 11 years 188?; 41.5cm x 30cm CONDITION REPORT: This looks like a reproduction replaced frame, the condition is generally very good. There is a darker patch mainly to the middle where discolouration has taken place but we can't see any rips, tears or restorations to the piece.
An early-18th century framed and glazed George III period sampler detailing letters, numerals, stylised trees etc. by Hannah Bower Fulneck and dated 1808; 33.5cm x 29cm CONDITION REPORT: The material is rippling and it looks like some fading has occurred although the item does not appear to be in bad condition. So there is some fading and there is a slightly darker patch to the right hand side of the middle near the number 8.

A Bilston enamel patch box c.1770, of rectangular form, painted with a moth perched on a pink rose above a caterpillar within a blue border, the sides with similar floral panels, together with three Bilston enamel box lids, one rectangular and mounted as a plaque, a small circular mounted to a gilt-metal pill box, the last circular and loose, all painted with roses and other flowers with insects about, some damages, 8.2cm max. (4) Provenance: the Watney Collection. Exhibited: English Ceramic Circle, 1977, Nos. 239 (snuff box) and 243 (pill box).
A .451” percussion target rifle by Thomas Turner, 49½” overall, round barrel 33” stamped at the breech “Turner’s Patent” and with Turner’s patent Whitworth type rifling, folding ladder rearsight and inserted blade fore sight; lock engraved with fern tip border and “Thomas Turner, 8 Fisher St, Birmingham”, nicely figured walnut fullstock having deeply chequered fore end and wrist and steel mounts including engraved trigger guard with chequered spurred grip, 2 plain barrel bands and original brass tipped steel ramrod. A scarce .62” officer’s privately purchased Baker flintlock rifle, 46”, browned twist barrel 30”, London proved (stamped Gill on underside). Twin leaf rearsights, sharp rifling, bayonet bar on muzzle. Fullstocked, brass furniture, patch box engraved with strung bugle and Britannia shield centred trophy, buttcap tang and trigger guard bow both trophy engraved. Steel sling swivels and ramrod, chequered small and fore, carved cheekpiece, shield shaped silver escutcheon engraved with owner’s initials PHF. Good Working Order and Condition, barrel bore excellent (lock some steel parts restored). Plate 42
An early 19th century American .36” Kentucky flintlock rifle of the “Bedford School”, 63½” overall, thick octagonal barrel 47½” with fixed rearsight and brass blade fore sight; flat stepped lock of English type with flat swan neck cock and roller on frizzen spring, the plate with very faint traces of maker’s name “Smith”; slender reddish brown maple fullstock having incised lines along the lower edges of the butt and fore end, and with cheek rest to the butt; simple plain brass mounts comprise deep butt plate with a button on the tang to release the patch box cover, patch box mount with circular open work head with curls, trigger guard with typical long grip and housing double set triggers, engraved wavy side plate, ramrod pipes, and fore end cap; stock also inlaid with plain silver plaques in the form of lozenges, teardrops and crescent, one of the butt plaques engraved “A--ntow” (worn), with replacement wooden ramrod. Good Working Order and Condition, with pleasing patina (set triggers need attention, the barrel with dark patina over pitting, lock worn, some old repairs to fore end) Plate 43
A fine cased mid 19th century double barrelled 14 bore officer’s percussion howdah pistol, by Trulock & Son, Dublin, 12½” overall, deeply etched imitation damascus sighted barrels 6¾” with swivel ramrod beneath, the top rib engraved “Truelock & Son, Dublin”, the signed back action bolted locks engraved with fern tip borders and scrolls; highly polished halfstock with slightly flattened chequered butt and steel mounts including scroll engraved trigger guard, fern tip engraved butt cap and long slender hinged trap which forms an extension to the breech tang and has provision for 2 balls and 4 percussion caps. Good Working Order and Crisp Condition, the trigger guard and butt cap retaining traces of original blued finish; in its green baize lined brass bound fitted oak case with rectangular brass lid escutcheon, containing 16 bore pincer mould, copper flask by Sykes retaining much original lacquer, nipple key with ribbed handle, turnscrew with ebony handle, brass mounted loading/cleaning rod with jag, japanned tin for 1½” rifle patches, 1-3/8” patch cutter, pewter oil bottle, turned wood box containing percussion caps, and a later cap tin. A good scarce Third Reich Allgemeine SS officer’s visor cap, with white metal eagle and death’s head insignia, silver bullion piping and cords, black velveet band and fibre peak, the underside of the peak rubber stamped with SS/RZM mark, with SS RZM “Tuchmutze fur SS” printed linen label with serial number 109986(?) behind the sweatband, and paper size “55” label behind the celluloid sweat patch. Clean Condition, appears to be little used (some very small moth holes around the rear edge of the crown). See “SS Uniforms, Insignia and Accoutrements” by Hayes for an almost identical cap. Plate 3
A 1796 pattern light cavalry trooper’s sword, curved, shallow fullered blade 33”, marked “Josh H. Reddell & Co” on backstrap, with inspector’s stamp in fuller at forte, regulation stirrup hilt with langets, plain pommel and backstrap with ears to ribbed leather grip (worn patch at top), in its steel scabbard, with 2 rings, marked “Osborn & Gunby, Birmm”. An interesting private purchase 1856 type sword bayonet, blade etched for 2/3 length on both sides with scrolled foliate panels, and on one side initials “JH”, in panel, and, on the other, maker’s name “Potts & Hunt, 336 Leman St, London” in panel, name also on backstrap. Basically GC (dark patina, heavy corrosion patch, 1-1½”, on each side towards point).
An early 19th century 16 bore flintlock large travelling pistol, 11½” overall, octagonal barrel 6”; the trade quality flat lock with pigeon breasted cock and unbridled frizzen, sparsely engraved on the tail and stamped “R. Ashmore, Warranted”; walnut fullstock, the rounded butt with lozenge shaped chequering; engraved steel trigger guard with pineapple finial; horn tipped wooden ramrod.
