A German porcelain hand mirror, late 19th century, decorated with putto and flowers, 29cm overall height, an enamel patch box inscirbed 'Esteem the Bearer' (badly damaged), enamel tea bowl decorated with flowers, Royal Worcester and Wedgwood, a blue and white tureen transfer-printed in the Willow pattern, a blue and white tureen and cover in the Fence patter, and one further tureen lacking cover etc
A Minton jade green Drunken Silenus relief moulded jug, 19th century, with applied sprig mark to the underside and impressed "No. 19". Height 20 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The figure seated upon the ass has a chip to his foot. The reverse rim has a tiny 7 mm x 5 mm slither missing which shows as a small light patch on the rim. Other than those faults mentioned there are no further obvious faults.
A light amber coloured glass mosque lamp, late 19th/early 20th century, with trailed blue calligraphic and geometric band decoration, with three suspension lugs supported by chains and with lower drop pendant with applied blue prunt Width approximately 28 cm, height 36 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: On one shoulder there is a very fine surface scratch approximately 9 cm long. We do not believe this to be a crack as it cannot be felt on the interior. One of the suspension lugs has a firing flaw leaving a small fingernail patch of the surface slightly raised and slightly grazed. The suspension wire holding the lower globe has been replaced. Other than those mentioned there appear to be no further obvious faults.
Two Georgian brass candlesticks, with integral drip trays. Height 20 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The candlestick with the tulip shaped sconce has two small rectangular 4 mm x 1 mm opposing holes. There is a further 5 mm diameter hole to the centre of the sconce. There is a very fine line of solder to the underside of the drip pan where it joins the lower stem. As expected there are small tiny insignificant dints and knocks but nothing that is detrimental. There is a further fine line of solder where the lower stem joins the dome shaped foot. On the underside there is a large patch of solder showing. The partner candlestick has two opposing 5 mm diameter holes pierced in the sconce. There is a small quantity of solder showing where the upper section joins the drip pan and further solder showing beneath the drip pan where is joins the lower stem. There is also a 7 mm x 4 mm gouge underneath the drip pan on the joining stem. There is a further small line of solder where the lower stem joins the domed foot but this is not instantly visible to the naked eye. On the underside there is a large central glob of solder. Overall there is nothing detrimental by way of cracks, dents etc
A George III mahogany caddy, boxwood and ebony strung with brass feet and handle. Width 25 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Upon first appearance this is a rather attractive looking caddy. There is a 5.5 cm replacement strip of moulding to the base of the lid at the front right this has been done for quite some time and is quite well matched in. On the underside of the caddy there are woodworm holes in the boxwood on the front and right hand side. There is a single woodworm hole on the rear. On the right hand side there is an open section of woodworm which is also visible when viewed from the side. The underside bottom right hand corner has splits issuing from the feet screw holes. The interior of the lid is missing its baize, as is the interior rear section of the body. There are no zinc liners, however, there are two indents to the lid that would confirm that there have been liners at some stage. The interior lock is missing. There is a patch repair to the lock on the lid with five screw holes.
A 19th century Staffordshire figure of Anthony, and a Staffordshire Spaniel. CONDITION REPORT: There is a patch of glaze rubbing on the underside of his chin, his right index finger knuckle and his left toe. There is a hairline crack running across the back of his left hand. There is a small chip to his robes at the rear. There are small paint losses throughout although none that I would tell as being detrimental. There appear to be no signs of restoration. The spaniel appears to be in good order throughout with no obvious faults but could be enhanced with a good clean.
A George III oak North Country chest of drawers, the planked top with moulded edge above a series of drawers and cupboard flanked by fluted quarter column corners and raised on ogee bracket feet. Width 127 cm, depth 58.3 cm, height 138 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top is manufactured from three separate boards. The rear two are loose. The brass knob handles are not original. There is evidence of what were probably brass drop handles to each drawer front. Two of the nine drawer locks are missing. All lock escutcheons are present. The drawer fronts are in generally good order with no significant losses. All drawers are a little loose in their runners. There are some small crossbanded veneer losses to the front carcass which should be visible on our images. The first long drawer has a small patch approx 3 cm to the left of the lock escutcheon. Both sides have full height vertical seam splits. The bracket feet are all original and in generally good order with only minor scuffs and nibbles as one would expect. The backboards are original.
A pair of Chinese yellow ground dished plates, Republic period, decorated with a central Shou within a wave border and with Wan Shou Wu Jiang medallions all between ribbons and stylised clouds against a yellow ground and beneath a polychrome key border, the underside with four red bats with green and black enamel eyes and with hand painted six character Guangxu (1875-1908) mark, 18 cm diameter (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: On one plate there is a discoloured patch when viewed under a jewellers loupe looks like stained crazing, approximately 4 cm wide x 2 cm high and this is located between the Wan and Shou symbols. This should be visible on our image using the zoom in facility. Both items otherwise are in good order and free from any chips, cracks or restoration. Both rims have the gilding rubbed in places.
A needlepoint sampler, worked by Mary Ann Mitchell, April 13th, 1837, with text "Lord of the Sabbath hear us pray..." above angels, flowering vases and birds and with a running floral border. 49 cm x 32.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: There is a large stain to the bottom right hand corner. There are small holes throughout the outside, middle and inside edge of the running border. There is a large thumbnail size hole to the top right hand flower just to the left of the word Lord. There is a stained patch to the top right hand side. There is a thumbnail size stain to the top left corner. The title, verse and pictorial centre appear to be free from any holes or repairs.

Condition report intended as a guide only.Good condition. No tears or wear, one small patch of yellow discoloration. Some white powder/salts trapped behind the glass, don't appear to be affecting the silk.

The smaller central repair is not noticeable from the front. The larger repair shows signs of over painting to the flowers on the left. Small area of flaking over painted. Has been sympathetically cleaned.
