PLUS Quilt - The fans were pieced by Valera Heath, Louis Gardner provided the calico, boarded wadding and backing. Synthetic / mix cotton. 1989. Measures approx 96 x 82 inches. Very good condition. PLUS Quilt - A small quilt possibly for a baby's cot, a simple square patch design with a border bound from behind, the middle of each square is tied with green yarn, The wadding is made from a jacket or coat length pieced to some other material, the seam can be felt and there is evidence of button hole stitching. Measures approx 37 x 33 inches. PLUS 3 x Vintage 'Quilted' Cushions, turn of the century. 2 x square, 1 x heart shaped. Very worn. Measures approx 11 x 11 inches. British WWII QAIMNS Nurse from Norfolk related 1939-45 Medal & Defence Medal Pair with provenance to a Lieutenant A.M. Jude later Mrs A.M. Banham Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service to who lived at 25 Larkman Lane, Norwich, she served in Burma having a 12th Army British HQ Burma Formation patch and seven pictures including one of the SS El Nil, a hospital ship stationed there. There is a pennant flag for the ship and picture which has been signed by the whole crew. Also comes with her shoulder boards, collar badges, rank pips, shoulder titles and husbands shooting medals, Chinese silk purse and silver plated collapsable cup with leather case etc. Scarce

A wide mahogany framed sampler by Ann Whitehouse dated 1834, worked in coloured silks on a fine linen ground, in small stitches, bordered with a geometric stylistic vining pattern, set with a central verse, above her name and date, the sampler also embroidered with spot floral motifs, 31.5cm wide x 41cm high. Condition - the verse has a dark patch, there are other patches, the colours have faded in sunlight but stitching and background are undamaged or holed. The frame is good, the slip has gilt missing.

The upholstery on the striped seat is soiled/stained. Armchair Two - has some slight movement in joints and some slight fading and colour loss. The striped seat is soiled. Six Single Chairs - generally good condition throughout. The chairs are structurally sound. Some slight staining to the upholstery, but this is minor. Pair of Similar Chairs - some slight movement in the joints, but certainly useable. One chair has a patch repair to the top rail which is visible from the verso. A George III Mahogany, Satinwood-Crossbanded, Boxwood and Ebony-Strung Linen Press, late 18th century, the cavetto cornice above a plain frieze and moulded cupboard doors with oval panels enclosing a later brass hanging rail (now lacking trays), the base with two short over two long oak-lined draewrs, on bracket feet127cm by 59cm by 198cmReasonable condition, however, the cupboard doors have a gap at the bottom section. The oval panels are good. The moulding around the middle and to the left-hand section is particularly scuffed and with some losses. There are some small patch repairs thorughout. The end sections have some deep scratches and scuffs. The drawers are oak-lined and run freely. With key for the upper section. The trays have been removed and replaced with a hanging pole. The height from the pole to the base (from the top of the pole) is 96cm. The total internal depth is 49cm.

A George III Mahogany and Oak-Lined Bachelor's Chest, late 18th century, the moulded top with pull-out brushing slide above two short and three long drawers, on shallow bracket feet86cm by 50cm by 81cmThere is some fading towards the front of the top of drawers on the left-hand side and the left panel is slightly faded, though the colour is fairly uniform (see images). The top has numerous ring marks and some deep scratches, this could be improved with polishing. The right-hand panel has a split. Later brasses, with previous handle marks visible in places (see images). The drawers are open and run freely. The drawer fronts have some faults, with some small areas of repair. The two middle drawers have patch repairs (see additional images).

A Late George IV Mahogany Cheval Mirror, 2nd quarter 19th century, the plain oval mirror plate within a moulded frame, on turned uprights surmounted by finials, with double cross-stretchers below, on splayed legs with brass-capped toes and castors93cm by 67cm by 157cmSome movement in the joints. The timber is slightly faded. One of the turned finials has an old split/repair. The rear splayed leg has a small patch repair (as photographed). The mirror plate is in reasonable condition. The oval frame has some small scuffs consistent with age.
