The top is also scratched. There is a small patch repair of timber to the front-left hand corner. Some glue marks/repairs around the legs. Spacesuits were worn by the Con-Am 27 workers in various scenes as they mined for titanium on Jupiter's moon Io.Created by Oscar®-winning costume designer John Mollo, the intentionally distressed suit is made of yellow cotton and decorated with quilted sections, a "François" name patch, a Con-Am 27 patch, and strips of webbing edged with blue piping. Four detailed resin components with faux-silver dressing adorn the front.Accompanying the suit is a helmet consisting of a vacuum-formed plastic shell with affixed non-functioning lights and a clear acrylic visor. The interior is lined with cushioned PVC and labelled "No. 3". Presented on a custom-made display, the costume has become discoloured over time. Intentional holes on the neck enable visibility for the actor. A hidden zip runs down the back of the neck and seven plastic buckles are attached around its bottom edge. A damage to the board has been repaired from the reverse with a patch of thick cardboard. Other wise the support is in a good condition. The paint layers are stable. There is extensive overpaint, notably in the sitter’s face. The damage has been filled and retouched. Overall the overpaint is reasonably well matched to the original but has become matte in areas. Glossy brushstrokes across the surface appear to be an attempt to saturate the matte retouchings with varnish. The varnish layer itself is matte and slightly yellowed but acceptable.Please see images.

A dappled grey rocking horse mounted on a stain pine plinth and fitted with tan leather saddle and reins. with a corduroy pad, approx 105 x 127 x 47cm (af). CONDITION REPORT The tip of the right ear has been chipped off and crudely re-glued, the stud work for the halter is rusting and surface is pitting, the leather reins are dried and splitting, the right stirrup is missing, light surface wear throughout including minor scuffs scratches staining etc, there is a small patch oif white paint to the right rear leg, further chipping around the hooves etc.

A 19th century framed sampler, Harriot Cooper, 1843, with two bands of trees, flowering plants and mixed fauna, above a country house with shepherdess, animals and angels around, all within a border of meandering strawberry vines and inscribed 'Harriot Cooper, Her Work, finished in 1843 / Blessed Art Thou O Lord, teach me Thy Statutes', 39cm x 31cm, within a mahogany ogee frame (frame 53 x 45cm).Condition report: Colour consistently faded. Significant moth damage to lower margin. Some other moth damage elsewhere. Small patch of mould(?) white deposit upper right.
A 19th century rosewood credenza, of canted form, the shaped top above a beaded panel frieze with central drawer and three cupboard doors having pleated silk panels, between turned three-quarter columns, raised on reeded floret feet, 128cm wide x 47cm deep x 92cm high.Condition report: Evidence of a top, now missing, with small veneer patches to the top surface near the back corners. Generally fair condition, structurally sound. Small veneer patch centre door above key hole. Small veneer patch to top front edge near the middle. Some small veneer chips in places. Linen raplaced in doors. Interior shelves are later. Some minor cosmetic marks consistent with age and use.
A large Austrian mahogany filing cabinet, circa 1900, the moulded cornice above twin panelled doors enclosing 33 file drawers arranged in three banks, above four long graduated drawers, all with brass ring handles, raised on a plain plinth base, 116cm wide x 56cm deep x 217cm high.Condition report: Generally good overall with only minor cosmetic marks, dints and scratches consistent with age and use. Top drawer has small veneer patch beneath key plate. No evidence of worm.
A rococo revival giltwood overmantel mirror, the rectangular plate within a triglyph-moulded sight, surrounded by scrolling foliage, 116cm high x 79cm wide.Condition report: Plate fair with a patch of spotting middle right and some minor marks elsewhere. Frame has miltiple chips, flakes and losses to gesso and the top of the cresting scroll is missing.
