An early 19th century provincial oak chest of two short over two long graduated drawers, width 109cmCondition report: One split in top running straight through. One small split on LH side approx 25cm. Square patch repair in top approx 10x10cm. Small chunk out of top at the back approx 10cm. General surface wear, marks, some light scratches. Both top drawers have splits.
Y A pair of early 20th century sapphire and mother of pearl cufflinks, circa 1920, the circular mother of pearl of pearl panels centred with a circular cabochon sapphire, within a reeded border, to belcher link connectors; together with three early 20th century blue enamelled mother of pearl and cabochon sapphire buttons, stamped 15ct; and a pair of 9 carat gold rectangular cufflinks, each with a polished and engine turned panel and belcher link connectors; 23.6g gross Condition Report: Mother of pearl and sapphire cufflinks panels 1.4cm diameter. They have been repaired, one cufflink has replaced sapphires and a patch to the back as well as replaced attachments, the other has denting and signs of wear, but all links appear secure. Sydney, 19th/20th century, River scene with highland cattle watering, indistinctly signed, oil on canvas.60 x 90.5cm, 23.5 x 35.5in.Condition report: The painting is in fair, original condition. There is a repair patch visible on the back of the canvas and corresponding overpainting on the front. There is craquelure across the surface of the painting. The canvas appears to be slack and there are stretcher marks running parallel to the edges of the canvas. The painting is ornately framed but not glazed.

Y A collection of early 19th century seed pearl jewellery, circa 1810, to include a pair of seed pearl ear pendants, the graduated pierced mother of pearl sunburst panels with seed pearl tassels between, with shepherds hook fittings, 4.5cm long, in a period John Cockburn box; together with a seed pearl and garnet brooch, the pieced radiating panel set with graduated seed pearls and centred with a foil backed garnet set cluster, 4.3cm wide; a further similar seed pearl brooch, 3cm wide; and a multi strand seed pearl necklace, to a gold coloured box clasp, 43cm long, suspending a later brilliant cut diamond and black enamel drop, diamonds approximately 0.57 carats total, 5.7cm longCondition Report: Necklace:- the stringing is quite fragile. A Regency gold, ruby and emerald bracelet, circa 1830, the central clasp panel centrally set with a later step cut emerald, within a border of collet set rubies and step cut emeralds, in a chased gold surround, the articulated back links with chased decoration, with a concealed tongue clasp, unmarked, 16cm long, 16.9g grossCondition Report: All stones are present, the centre emerald is a later replacement and one ruby appears to be a replacement. The underside of the clasp catch has been repaired and replaced with a soft soldered patch. The safety chain has been later lead soldered on with some lead solder visible. A mid 19th century Italian Grand Tour souvenir micro mosaic bracelet, circa 1850, the rectangular micro mosaic panels showing views of St Peters Basilica, the temple of Hercules in Cori near Velletri, the Temple of Hercules Victor in the Forum Boarium, the Temple of Vesta in the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum, with circular polished dome accented links, 18cm long, 38.7g grossCondition Report: The panels measure 1.9cm x 3.1cm. -St Peters has some broken tesserae from the bottom left of the panel. -The temple of Hercules in Cori near Velletri, has a couple of cracks through the panel and a section missing from the goldstone at the front. Fracture through the micro mosaic-The Temple of Hercules Victor has a fracture to the goldstone panel and a knock to one side of the goldstone panel, just a couple of small tesserae missing -Temple of Vesta in the Roman Forum a couple of cracks through the goldstone panel visible mostly to the reverse, and a fracture through the micro mosaic- Pantheon has a fracture along the length of the panel visible from the reverse.-Colosseum, cracks and heavy damage to the micro mosaic panel, a section of micro mosaic is lifted and its cracked. Loss to the goldstone surround. The settings have pulls, and patch repairs, the links may not be original as they are a slightly different colour to the settings, part of the clasp has been replaced. AN AMERICAN .54 CALIBRE PERCUSSION SECOND TYPE MERRILL CARBINE, 22inch sighted barrel fitted with rear leaf sights, stepped lock stamped with the manufacturer's details and the serial no. 3726 across the tail, serial no. 3726 on the breech, half stocked with brass mounts. Wrist with period pinned repair. The butt plate is that of a first model with cut out for the patch box clip, full cock only.

(8cm.) long; a Continental silver pill box fashioned as an egg, with floral engraved design to hinged cover and 'I. Platel' to the base, (unmarked), 1 5/8in. (4cm.) long; and a Continental silver circular patch box, with repoussé Rococo decoration, the hinged cover with mirror to inner, hanging loop, (unmarked) 1½in. (3.8cm.) diameter, gross weight 2.6 tr.oz. (3) *Condition: All pieces in good condition, with tiny amount of surface wear and or tiny flea-bite nibbles.

A 120-BORE FLINTLOCK AMERICAN PLAINS RIFLE, 34inch sighted octagonal barrel, fixed rear sight and white metal blade foresight, border and scroll engraved lock, indistinctly signed Archer or Gallagher (?), set trigger, full tiger-striped stock, brass mounts, to include ornate patch box released by a button under the butt, later wooden ramrod. Main spring works but action does not stop on full or half cock, repairs to either side of fore-end and in front of lock.
THREE PIECES OF 19TH CENTURY CHINESE CANTON FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN, comprising a deep bowl, chipped rim and with stapled repair through base, approximate size 40.5cm, a charger, celadon ground, the centre decorated with figures, approximate diameter 37cm, a similar smaller plate, approximate diameter 29cm, chip to rim and crack, together with a 20th Century Chinese planter of rectangular form in the Famille Rose Canton style, approximate height 18cm (4) Condition Report The largest charger has worn gilding, especially to the rim. It has been broken right through and repaired, there is a patch of restoration where several pieces have been broken and re-attached. There is a chip to the underside and two stained cracks, Large bowl has riveted repairs and cracked, very worn gilding. Smaller charger is cracked and has two rim chips. A COLLECTION OF ROYAL WORCESTER COFFEE CANS AND SAUCERS, MINIATURE ITEMS, ETC, including a three piece teaset decorated with cherubs chasing butterflies, sugar bowl lid only bears Worcester marks and comes with two letters from Henry Sandon suggesting they are blanks decorated by a talented amateur artist, teapot cracked, together with a Copeland china jug, Coalport cabinet cup and saucer and a Coalport vase (14) (condition: some damage noted to pink and gilt cup, Imari cup, teapot, Copeland jug, Coalport vase) Condition Report No cracks, chips or repairs seen. The giding in the centre has some light scratching. The handle has a small patch of a hard brown substance under the larger of the two loops
A SET OF SIX EARLY 19TH CENTURY SPODE TEA CUPS AND SEVEN MATCHING SAUCERS, decorated in the Imari palette with an arched roof building in a garden, pieces marked 'SPODE' in iron red, together with an early 19th Century Spode tea cup, pattern No.868 and three early 19th Century porcelain dessert plates, Imari vase of flowers decoration, approximate diameter 21cm (17) Condition Report - Six saucers are in good condition and one has a small firing fault on the underside of the rim, there is also some light scratching and wear to the gilding. Four cups are in good condition other than light wear to the gilding, one has a pale blue patch in the glaze to the interior and one cup has a hairline crack, not very visible even under UV light. The other cup that does'nt belong to the set also sounds as though there may be a hairline but we couln't find one even under UV light. All cups have very light wear to gilding especially to the handles. the three plates are unmarked, all seem to be in good condition and have a small amount of wear to the gilding.
