The studs are all generally slightly corrode. The wooden legs are slightly scuffed and worn but free of any woodworm damage or breaks. The shaped sides to the writing surface are both slightly loose. Above the right shaped side of the writing surface you will be able to see from the photograph a faded patch rising and covering the three small drawers immediately above and also to the right-hand side of the desk - presumably this is because the desk as been placed in sunlight for a period of time. Looking at the front of the desk below the writing surface there is chipping around the moulded edges of the left-hand twin dummy drawer, slight chipping above the central drawer and also slight chipping above the right-hand double drawer - presumably where the lock as been forced previously.
