Amongst the early items are several team / group and individual gymnastic photographs - one which reads 'The Yorkshire Premier Troupe of Gymnasts (Bradford All Saints) Who Performed Sensational Tableaux During The Fortnight's Engagement At St George's Hall, Bradford ,' and another reading; 'The Famous Birkenhead YMCA Gymnastic Team Which Has Toured German and Denmark With Their Physical Director Charles Lord, British Gymnast Champion 1901 & 1902.'
