A copper powder flask “Panel” (Riling 540), laquered brass top by G & J W Hawksley, graduated nozzle 2¼ to 2¾ drams, 7½” overall (top retaining screws missing); a leather covered powder flask (AF, the brass top sound); a brass topped zinc pistol flask (AF), 3 leather shot flasks, 2 with spring chargers, the other with “Irish” scoop charger.
A 5 shot 54 bore Adams Model 1851 self cocking percussion revolver, 11¾” overall, barrel 6½”, the top strap engraved “Reilly, New Oxford St, London”, the frame engraved with scrolls and “Adams Patent No 20,361Y”, London proved, chequered walnut butt. GWO & C (lightly refinished and reblued overall); in a modern fitted mahogany case, containing bag shaped copper flask by Dixon, double cavity brass mould for round nosed bullets, a cap tin and 2 turnscrews, the lid with reproduction trade label of William Egan, Bradford.
