A BURMANTOFTS POTTERY FLASK, c.1900, of ovoid form, the loop handle with trefoil terminal, all over incised with the "Cracked Ice" pattern in a turquoise glaze, indistinctly impressed 448?, incised 250, 8 1/4" high, together with a similar Germanic style ewer moulded with a band of grotesque masks, anthemion and scrolling foliate, impressed marks, 19" high over handle and a similarly glazed pottery vase of baluster form tubelined with an aesthetic style flowering plant, unmarked, 11 1/2" high (3) (Est. plus 21% premium inc. A small group of Finnish, Italian and Japanese glass comprising two 'Gul' vases in the style of Holmegaard, a Riihimaki amethyst and clear glass vase and similar green example, probably by Old Colony of Japan, and a Riihimaki-style green flask/bottle made in Italy (probably) (5).Additional InformationOne of the clear glass vases with imperfection to body of oval shape leaving a rough finish and some further surface scratches, the purple/amethyst vase with some small chips/nibbles to base, all with light general wear.
