A Chinese porcelain Canton famille rose four piece bedroom set, 19th century, comprising a large wash bowl, a bottle vase or flask, a rectangular box and cover and a covered soap dish and stand, enamelled with shaped reserves with figures on terraces and birds amidst flowers, on a gilt ground with enamelled scrolling foliage and butterflies, the borders with bats in flight, the bowl 18¾in. (47.5cm.) diameter, the vase 16in. (40.75cm.) high. (4)* Condition: Some gilt wear to all pieces.- Vase with two tiny frits and some glaze flaking to rim.- Bowl with some wear to enamelling to well and large crack from rim, with small chip from near top of crack and star crack to lower part of vertical crack.- Box: Glaze chips to two corners of lid. - Soap dish: Small triangular piece has been off edge of cover and has been glued. Kiln dust to glaze to interior. Weat to enamelling to centre of stand. Chip and hairline crack to rim of dish.

An unusual and extremely rare Victorian silver plated hip flask and coin purse combination, the round almost spherical shaped flask with hinged handle to top, the main body forming the spirit flask section with screw top cap, the face of cap, engraved with registered design diamond, dating the piece to 7th May 1880, the circumference of cap with the retailers 'Halstaff & Hannaford 228 Regent St W', the front of flask with circular 'FH' monogramed hinged door opening to reveal a twin coin purse in blue silk, the divider topped by red leather, 2¾in. (7cm.) diameter. *Condition: in excellent condition with a few tiny dents throughout, a little rubbing to plate to the back (1cm.) long.

A 19th Century percussion officer's pistol by Baker of London, with sighted 15cm. octagonal barrel, inscribed on barrel flat 'Baker London', flat foliate engraved lock, hammer and tang, steel trigger guard with bird beak finial, captive ram-rod, walnut stock with chequered rounded butt, 11in. (28cm.) long; together with a cloth and wood shot flask. (2)* Condition: Some surface rust spotting to steel parts inc. barrel. Blackening from firing and damage to end of stock beneath barrel - small split to RH side, large chip and split to LH side. Dings, scratches and marks to stock throughout from use - good colour and patina.

A cased 19th Century percussion cap pistol, having curved wooden handle, decoratively etched body, lion head hammer, and octagonal Damascus style barrel, marked 06 to underside, in fitted case with small copper powder flask, shot maker, shots, and other tools, with instructions to the inner lid of the boxthe gauge is approx 13mm (please see additional image) few light scratches and knocks to the barrel and body and wooden grip, action moves and holds well, shot maker very pitted, otherwise generally good condition, no obvious signs of significant damage or repair

Two Worcester milk jugs and a coffee cup c.1765-75, one jug painted with polychrome flower stems, the other with flying insects and flower sprays in puce enamel, the coffee cup with similar decoration over reeded moulding, and an English porcelain scent flask, probably Derby, the flattened oval form painted with a repeated cornflower design, 10.7cm max. A 17th century pale flattened horn flask, deeply carved on one side with horseman and hounds pursuing a hare amid stylised trees, and on the other side a horseman with flintlock pistol and hounds pursuing a boar under trees, the edges with hound and hare, the nozzle in the form of a stylised boar's head, the base of staghorn carved with flowers and tendrils, 8" overall. Shooting Interest: A scarce late Victorian combined silver flask and butt marker holder, by James Samuel Bell & Louis Willmott, assayed London 1900, the rectangular flask curved to fit pocket, with screw lock cap and engraved to front with a gentleman taking his shot with retriever in pursuit of game, the back with hinged compartment opening to reveal six numbered ivory markers, height 10.8cm. (gross weight 110.7g)
