A George VI silver christening mug, by Adie Bros Ltd, Birmingham 1937, 9cm high, another silver christening mug, an Edwardian silver sauce boat by Atkin Bros, Sheffield 1909, and a silver hip flask by the same maker, Sheffield 1948, 20.5oz overall. (4)Mug - some small dings and knocks, has engraved initials and date. Cup - quite thin, several small dents and knocks, engraved initials, marks worn. Sauce boat - in good condition. Hip flask - lid has a screw fitting which does not appear to work and won't stay closed. No apparent damage though, minor scratches.Hip flask lid does not close, as lugs have broken off and stuck inside the cover
An Edwardian silver topped ceramic novelty scent bottle, modelled as a blue and white willow pattern plate and having printed design Rd 29260, by B. J. Keyzor & Co, Birmingham 1909, 5.5cm high, and another silver topped ceramic scent bottle, of moon flask form, relief decorated and painted to both sides with Japonesque figures, marks indistinct, 6.5cm high. (2)Plate scent bottle - in good condition, minor fritting to the edges. Other scent bottle - good overall, minor crazing to the glaze, silver top has a couple of small knocks and the marks are a little worn.

A CHINESE GREEN-GLAZED PILGRIM FLASKLIAO DYNASTY The U-shaped body modelled after a leather prototype, detailed with well-defined seams and centred to each side with a moulded medallion of zodiac animals, below a short upright spout with a lipped rim and an arc d'arbelette handle pierced with a suspension hole; together with a Chinese white-glazed pottery Tang-style jar, 31.7cm and 21.1cm. Neolithic Chinese ceramic water flask of a tapered or conical form. With two applied handles along the body. This style of flask was a classic shape in the Banpo phase in the Yangshao culture. The flasks were suspended in water via cords tied around the neck and the two loop handles. The flasks would fill as the center of gravity shifted in the uniquely-shaped vessel.Height: 11 in x diameter: 6 in.Condition: There are no major visible cracks, losses, or restorations. Light wear along the exterior including some calcification throughout, as expected with age. Dust and debris gathered along the interior.
Chinese blue and white porcelain pilgrim flask. This moon or pilgrim flask (bianhu) decorated along either side with clouds and a dragon. With a circular body with a flat base, a narrow cylindrical neck and two arched side handles which join the neck to the body. The underside with an apocryphal six-character Qianlong mark in underglaze blue.Height: 14 in x width: 10 1/2 in x depth: 5 1/2 in.Condition: The item is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or losses. There is a minute chip towards the underside. Light wear and light crazing throughout, as shown in the listing image. There are several areas with a network of black dots, possibly an original firing flaw, which does not affect the overall appearance. No visible sign of restoration when inspected under UV light. Light wear to the underside.

The tip of the cane twists off to reveal a secret compartment containing a 17-inch long glass flask or tube.Height: 36 1/4 in x diameter: 1 in.Condition: The glass tube has two small cracks in the lid. The cork is deep in the neck of the tube and hasn't been removed. There is some discoloration/accretions to the interior of the tub. There are no splits, chips, or losses to the wooden cane. Some spots of discoloration. The metal tip is slightly loose. Some wear to the twist-off knob of the cane.
