A cased pair of percussion target pistols by Charles Moore, 10inch sighted octagonal damascus barrels engraved 77 St James Street London in script on the top flats, platinum lined and plugged breeches and inlaid with platinum maker’s plaques on the tops of the breeches, border and scroll engraved, signed and bolted island locks, half stocked with horn fore-ends, blued spur trigger guards, Continental style fluted butts and chequered grips, contained in their green baize lined mahogany case, the lid with maker’s trade label complete with loading mallet, cleaning rod, bullet mould and associated flask. Lock area of the case repaired and one minor split to the fore-end of one pistol.

A 5-shot .31” Colt Pocket Model Single Action Percussion Revolver No. 4047, octagonal barrel stamped ADDRESS COL: COLT LONDON, London proved, frame stamped COLT S PATENT, cylinder roll engraved with stagecoach hold-up scene, iron trigger guard and grip strap, one piece polished walnut grip. A little pitting and wear, but generally in good condition. Overall 10”, barrel 5”. Contained in a red velvet lined fitted wooden case with Dixon flask, iron bullet and ball mould, cap tin, Bushman’s Friend hunting knife, and L-shaped combination tool; trade label of GH Daw (copy) average condition fair.

A 1920s novelty electroplated and leather covered hip flask in the form of a book with a screw cap to one of the corners, inscribed to the spine "A Pleasant Surprise", James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield, patent no.10757/22, 14 x 10.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are several scratches to both sides of the book to the leather, minor staining and rubbing, also scratches to the electroplated corners and minor dents.
A 1920s novelty electroplated and leather covered hip flask in the form of a book with a screw cap to one of the corners, inscribed to the spine "Audley Goode", James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield, no.129, 14 x 10.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are some scratches and dents overall and some rubbing to the edges, the electroplated corners are tarnished and one of the corners are slightly bent.
A late Victorian hallmarked silver hip flask with a monogram and a shaped cartouche bearing a swan, with bayonet top, and gilt washed removable cup, Marples & Beasley, Birmingham 1899, and a hallmarked silver match box holder with mauve and white enamel decoration, Levi & Salaman, Chester, with rubbed date mark probably 1909, combined approx 7.18ozt (2). CONDITION REPORT: Slightly misshapen rim to cap, but still works and shuts. LArge dent to shoulder. Surface scratches and a couple of small knocks. Height 13cm. Please refer to additional images.
An early 20th century leather vanity case housing five George V hallmarked silver topped dressing jars, a pair of scent bottles, and a screw cap hip flask, a further leather cased bottle and similar vesta case, a cased manicure set, a travelling clock, an address book, a card case, and a sewing set, with two pairs of tortoiseshell backed brushes, a hand mirror, a shoe horn, a button hook, and a hat brush, mostly centred with a circular silver cartouche initialled "FP", Mappin & Webb, London 1916, in canvas and velvet cover, both cover and suitcase initialled in gilt "FP", 50 x 36 x 17cm.
