Good Working Order and Condition, retaining traces of colour hardened finish to barrels and frames, one trigger guard retaining most original blueing (2 hammer noses chipped, one hammer spur detached but present, very small patches of surface rust); in their original fitted green baize lined oak case with folding brass handle in the lid and with trade label of Witton Daw & Co, 57 Threadneedle Street, London, which has written in ink in the top corners ?Pistols/11-3/ 1851? and ?Case/ 3-4/ 1851?, containing a charming copper pistol flask, 3½? overall, retaining much original lacquered finish, loading rod with worm and separate brass jag, nipple key, turnscrew, a 50 bore steel pincer bullet mould, and key to the case.
