The 8" octagonal, sighted barrel, with New York address and 142561, the barrel, frame and brass trigger guard with matching numbers, the left grips relief decorated with a woman's profile. In later case with powder flask, bullet mould and cap tin. Collection of a film industry armourer.

No personalised engraving but there is some thinning to the front. The cap screws down well but is lacking its cork.

The lid screws down well and the cork is intact. Generally in good condition.
A SMALL GROUP OF SILVER, EARLY 20TH CENTURY comprising a George V novelty scent flask by William Henry Stokes & Arthur George Ireland, Chester 1917, in the form of a miniature spirit flask, with screw cap; a George V match book holder by E J Trevitt & Sons, Chester 1929, rectangular with canted corners, with all-over engine-turned decoration, the front cover with a vacant rectangular cartouche; an Edwardian sealing wax holder by John & William F Deakin, Chester 1902, in the form of a miniature chamber stick, with gadrooned rim and bead loop handle; and an Edwardian novelty goblet by Edward Foligne Braham, Birmingham 1906, of miniature proportions. (4) Match book holder 6.1cm by 4.5cm, 2.4 troy ounces grossGood condition overall, wear and tear commensurate with age, the chamber stick has some dents to edges, clear marks. Goblet has a number of dents to body and foot, clear marks. Flask has clear marks, very light scratches with age, two minor dents to body, otherwise very good. Match book holder very good, snaps shut with some slight movement between top and bottom

A tear in the snakeskin on one shoulder. The ring collar to the cap is starting to lift.

A Bellarmine style flask, relief moulded with a coat of arms, impressed Jacob Auer Sohne Kurkolner Koln 1838. Height 19 cm. (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This jug is structurally sound with no visible cracks or hairline cracks or losses. Some areas of wear and dirt to the patina. There are no visible significant chips.
A Victorian cranberry glass perfume bottle, with floral engraved white metal top, together with three further perfume bottles. Largest 12.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The double ended scent bottle with the foliate engraved caps is in generally good order. There are minor nibbles to the sharp edges of the glass but no significant issues. The sprung lid operates as it should. There should probably be a glass stopper which is not present. The other side simply screws off to a cork lining. The second faceted scent bottle is missing the sprung lid. The other side is missing the small glass stopper beneath the silver screw cap. There is a chip to the top edge of one facet and other very minor nibbles. The egg shaped scent bottle is in generally good order. The top snaps shut as it should. The interior glass stopper is missing and there are nibbles around the top of the flask only visible with the lid open. The brasswork is a little tarnished. The main body of the piece is in generally good order with no significant issues. The ceramic flask is in generally good order with no issues other than minor rubbing to the gilding.
A Georgian scent bottle (tear catcher), with gilded decoration approx 21 cms in length together with two silver-collared tapering glass hunting flasks 21 and 17 cms respectively and one white-metal hunting flask by Swain & Adeney approx 21 cms. Included in this lot is a silver clothes brush and a silver hairbrush together with two silver topped vanity jars and a silver engine-turned canister approx 85mm h (af).
