No.30 KING WILLIAM ST.t LONDON BRIDGE, signed on top flat, frame, cylinder, mounts and breech all profusely engraved with scrolling foliage, frame also engraved B5467. ADAMS’S PATENT 21002R within banners, cylinder engraved No. 21002R within banner, London proofs, side lever rammer, sliding bolt locks cylinder, buttcap with hinged lid for spare caps, one piece chequered walnut grip, retaining approximately 90% original mirror blued finish overall. Contained in its green felt lined fitted mahogany case with Deane and Son printed trade label and containing twin cavity brass bullet mould stamped 54 with Adams’s makers stamp, Dixon copper flask retaining much original finish, ebony handled turnscrew and nipple key, turned bone box with 3 spare nipples, leather cap gag with Deane’s label, pewter oil bottle and ebony cleaning rod, circular brass lid escutcheon engraved with owner’s initials JAS and motto NIL DESPERANDUM within garter. The whole set in good condition.
