RUSSIAN BELT. A Russian silver & niello belt, the buckle with 84 Kokoshnik mark & Cyrillic initials, & hung with a flask, a scabbard (lacks knife) & a faith, hope & charity charm. The back of the belt engraved 'Queenie Pearson, Exmouth, Devon, 1910.' Each link & element stamped. Length approx. 63cm.

A large flask shaped black leather powder magazine c 1860, height 14½”, the brass baluster top having screw cap secured by a hasp and staple, the body of the flask reinforced with a broad leather band, and having 4 points where leather carrying straps would have been attached (now missing), with a later brass padlock and key. GC (the top of the brass screw cap dented).
A 6 shot 160 bore self cocking bar hammer percussion pepperbox revolver, 6¾” overall, barrels 2¼” with B’ham proofs, with scroll engraved rounded frame and trigger guard and finely chequered walnut grips. GWO & C, with some dark patina (pitting to butt strap); in a non original fitted blue baize lined oak box, the lid with reproduction instruction label, containing an embossed brass flask, steel pincer ball mould, cap tin and a pricker (wear overall). A rare early 19th century salt glaze fox head flask/stirrup cup, with silver mounts, London 1810, 16 cm long See illustration Condition report Report by GHThe lid unscrews but the other silver part does not come off. No visible maker's marks on the clay. Maker's stamp of P A within an oval on the silver lid.
A PERCUSSION MUSKET & POWDER FLASK. A percussion musket with trade lockplate converted from Flintlock. The date 1788 is also present on the plate, the butt with flap pocket. An octagonal barrel of 31.3/4" has ALWAR - 1027 marked on it. 47.3/4" overall length, with a steel ramrod below the barrel. Also a copper powder flask, marked G & J W Hawkesley.
CASED FLINTLOCK POCKET PISTOLS. Two French Flintlock turn-off barrels pocket or coat pistols, marked Paris on the actions. 2.1/4" barrels with recessed fit into the forestock, side actions with all steel furniture. Flared steel butt plates with carved decoration to the grip behaind the actions. 7.1/2" overall length, in a fitted wooden case, with a powder flask and a bullet mould of a larger caliber, being present. Coarse rifling is evident in the barrels, formed by 12 grooves. See Illustration
