Unusual Victorian novelty combination scent flask and base mounted vinaigrette in the form of a churn with tap, with suspension chain and finger ring (London 1871), Thomas James. All at approximately 2ozs, 6cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good, some surface wear, scratching and minor denting. No sings of major damage or repair, however, the vinaigrette grille has seized and we have not attempted to open it. Marks in vinaigrette cover are clear, other marks slightly rubbed
1920s silver spirit flask of rectangular form, with engine-turned decoration and hinged bayonet fitting cover with gold insert and engraved crest (London 1929), Finnigans Ltd. All at approximately 6ozs, 15.5cm overall length CONDITION REPORT General overall condition very good, some minor surface scratching, front panel has some denting towards lower left area of engine-turning. Both bottom corners have very minor bruising. Cap has a small dent in engine-turning just above inset crest. Bayonet cap works and cork is still in place but we have not tested it for leaks. No signs of major damage, splits or repair. Marks slightly distorted. No signs of any engraving or other decoration being removed

Gustave Mustaki, Alexandria, Egypt; acquired mid 20th Century and exported under license of the Egyptian state. 70mm. Provenance: Ex. Private Collection of Michael Green, Tiverton region, collection formed between 1970's - 2012. Michael has collected many stunning pieces of ancient art, antiquity and coins over the many years, all legally acquired from auctions and private collections in the local areas. The original green baize lined/fitted Mahogany case 10" x 6 1/2" x 2 11/16" high with "Samuel Nock" label and containing a bullet/ball mould, a copper and brass powder flask, a metal oil bottle, a metal percussion cap box, a lidded compartment containing 18 lead bullets/balls.
