Bond, London, each with a 12.2 cm octagonal section barrel, inscribed, ''59, LOMBARD ST., LONDON'' to the top flat and foliate engraved to the breech, the lockplate further engraved and bearing maker's name, the trigger guard conforming, dolphin hammer, walnut stock with chequered grip, the steel tipped ramrods possibly associated, in a later fitted case containing powder flask, oil bottle and assorted tools. One pistol with chip to side of stock at fore end. Both pistols with heavily cleaned metal parts and stocks. Actions tight. Both holding at half and full cock.
A Pair of 19th Century Percussion Travelling Pistols by Thomas Hewson, London, 16 bore, each with 14cm octagonal blued steel barrel, engraved London to the top flat, with platinum line, blued foliate engraved tang and signed back action lock plate, the walnut full stock inset with nickel escutcheon engraved J.D.Colburne, with blued ramrod pipe and trigger guard, chequered bag butt and swivel ramrod, 27cm, in original oak case, the cover with brass plaque engraved with owner's name, the purple velvet lined interior fitted with accessories including a copper pistol flask, steel bullet mould, nipple key and cleaning rod. Actions work, hold at full and half cock. Black patching and wear to bluing of metalwork. Minor bruising to stocks, otherwise in good condition.

A 19th Century Side by Side Double Barrel Percussion Travelling Pistol by T & F Roper, Halifax, 28 bore, the 14cm octagonal blued steel barrels with Birmingham proof marks, with foliate engraved box lock, signed on the barrel tang, side hammers, chequered walnut butt with hinged butt cap, with steel ramrod, in original oak case, the green baize lined interior fitted with accessories including a copper pistol flask, later steel bullet mould, turn-screw, cleaning rod and cap tin . Action works, holds at full and half cock. Wear and black patching to bluing. Ramrod tip broken.
A Colt Model 1851 Navy Six Shot Single Action Percussion Revolver, the 19cm octagonal steel barrel stamped ADDRESS SAML COLT NEW YORK CITY, the underside with attached loading lever, cylinder with naval battle scene and COLTS PATENT No.6417, the left side of the frame stamped COLTS PATENT, the small rounded brass trigger guard and backstrap bearing traces of silver plating, all metal parts numbered 6417, with walnut grip, 33cm, in a mahogany case, the maroon velvet lined interior fitted with accessories including a Dixon copper pistol flask, a bullet mould, a nipple key/turnscrew, cap tin, oil bottle and cleaning rod. Action works, metalwork with grey patching. Wear to silver plating.

Ingram Patent copper and brass powder flask (3). Pistol - Sound but somewhat tired condition overall. Action feeble, barely holding at cock and half cock. Trigger guard proud of stock. Ramrod lacking. Shot flask - Mechanism incomplete. Collar loose to body with pins lacking. Powder flask - Significant dents to body and splits to side. Spring opener operative.
A Pair of 19th Century Belgian .45 Calibre Percussion Duelling Pistols by Roux & Higny, each with 23.5cm octagonal damascined and rifled barrel with Liege proof marks, the foliate engraved lock plate signed in gold, foliate engraved dolphin hammer and trigger guard with finger rest and set trigger, walnut half stock with fluted grip and stepped diamond shape steel butt plate, 38cm, contained in a mahogany veneered case with brass carrying handle to the hinged cover, the interior fitted with accessories including steel bullet mould, copper pistol flask, turn-screw, mallet, cleaning rod and lead balls. Actions work, hold at full and half cock. Some pitting to bore. Some black patching to metalwork and minor bruising to stocks. Case interior missing most of the scarlet baize from the lining.

Actions work well, holding at full and half cock. Black/brown patching to barrels and furniture. Minor bruising to stocks, one with a fine diagonal crack to left fore-end near muzzle, the other with a similar crack leading from the rear lock retaining screw to the barrel breech. Generally in good condition.
