A collection of David Richards Guernsey Pottery, comprising a moon flask style vase with tapering rectangular neck, with stylised pattern on green ground, 11¾in. (27.3cm.) high, together with other pieces by the same potter to include a dinner or serving plate with stylised green and orange decoration on blue ground, 11 1/8in. (25.7cm.) diameter, various impressed marks to bases. (6) * Condition: No major faults found, all appear good.
An unusual and extremely rare Victorian silver plated hip flask and coin purse combination, the round almost spherical shaped flask with hinged handle to top, the main body forming the spirit flask section with screw top cap, the face of cap, engraved with registered design diamond, dating the piece to 7th May 1880, the circumference of cap with the retailers 'Halstaff & Hannaford 228 Regent St W', the front of flask with circular 'FH' monogramed hinged door opening to reveal a twin coin purse in blue silk, the divider topped by red leather, 2¾in. (7cm.) diameter. * Condition: In excellent condition with a few tiny dents throughout, a little rubbing to plate to the back (1cm.) long.
A Victorian blue glass horn shaped scent bottle, enamel painted with floral ring and having brass mounts, 2 1/8in. (5.4cm.) long, together with a flat moon flask scent with pierced brass mounts depicting birds; ornate brass egg thimble case having flower head decoration. (3) * Condition: The scent bottles without stoppers, otherwise pieces appear good.
Large 40 bore percussion Dragoon pistol, proof marks to lock plate with heavy military dolphin hammer, brass trigger guard and extended tang, brass butt cap and fixed lanyard ring. A Victorian Silver-Mounted Cut-Glass Flask, Maker's Mark Rubbed, Possibly CD or GD, London, 1892, the oval glass body fluted, with pull off silver cup, the bayonet mounted silver cover engraved with initials, 13cm high. Fully marked on cup and neck mount. The marks have some wear, particularly the marks on the cup. There are some overall surface scratches and wear. There are also some bruises to the cover.
