Meissen: a Marcolini period rose water flask, painted with landscapes between scattered flowers and gilded borders, fitted with metal stopper (probably contemporary) 5in. (12.5cms) high (including stopper), blue crossed swords mark and star (foot rim painted `3 o i` over painted with `O o d 949`.

Condition: The hip flask is in good overall condition there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
A 1920`s silver hip flask of rectangular form, shaped corners and personal initial engraving. Hallmarked Birmingham 1922 with the makers mark ?M. Height measuring 6 1/2 inches (17 cm), gross weight 5.8 ozt (181 grams). A/F. Condition: The silver hip flask displays some noticeable wear and tear with scratches, marks and tarnishing, some deeper scratches, denting to the domed lid. The locking mechanism to the lid is at fault and unable to close. The hallmarks a little rubbed but clear and legible, apart form the makers mark, partly rubbed.
Continental enamel hip flask with rectangular hinged body with screw and hinge lid, stamped 800. Height measuring 4 1/4 inches (10.5 cm). Condition: Overall the hip flask is in good condition, there are general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The enamel is not of the finest quality. There are small areas where the enamel has chipped and a possible repair around the neck. The 800 stamp is distorted.
A 1930`s silver hip flask with engine turned decoration, rectangular vacant cartouche and screw down locking lid. Hallmarked William Neale & Son Birmingham 1934, registered number 649007. Height measuring 4 inches (10 cm) weight 3.4 ozt (106 grams). Condition: There are general surface marks and scratches and a little bit of tarnishing in places. The scratches are more noticeable on the areas of plain silver, for example the edges and small rectangular vacant cartouche. The engine turned decoration is generally okay, there is a very small patch of more evident rubbing to the lower centre of the reverse. There is some more evident wear and edge knocks to the corners and other minor nicks elsewhere. The screw down locking lid is in good working order. Hallmarks to underside are rubbed so that date letter is partly obscured, also maker`s marks rubbed. Flask is also hallmarked near to the lid, these are rubbed but still legible.
