GREAT WAR - A SMALL TRENCH ART COPPER AND BRASS RUM FLASK bearing a spade shaped panel inscribed 'Rum 1/4 J. Tellem Royal Navy J/54711', complete with screw top, worked from a 1917 half-penny, 8cm high; together with a Great War U.S. Navy King's pattern silver-plated knife, engraved 'USN', with anchor device and a rectangular silvered brass plaque, embossed with a sea tug, (3).
A GOOD PAIR OF CHINESE EARLY KANGXI BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN FLASKS, late 17th Century, with silver-metal covers, each square section body with rounded shoulders and painted with scroll-bordered alternating panels of precious objects and of seasonal foliage, each base unglazed, each 10.4in high to tops of covers & each flask itself 9.9in high.
A pair of late 19th century Chinese ginger jars painted in underglaze blue with blossoming prunus, with associated covers (one af), height 19cm, a further smaller jar painted with foliate sprays and confronting dragons, height 10.5cm (cover af), and a blue and white twin handled moon flask, height 25.5cm, each piece bearing a Kangxi four character mark to base, also a Japanese Kutani teapot and an enamel decorated baluster vase (6). CONDITION REPORT: Pair of vases are OK but one lid completely smashed. Moon flask - two tiny chips to rim. Small jar - cover with section broken and missing.
