Boxed Remington Beals lst Model 3d Issue Pocket Percussion Revolver.31 cal., 3" octagonal barrel, S/N 776. Markings on top of barrel and the frame. Blued finish with gutta percha grips. Complete with original partitioned cardboard box, with original starred-style flask, loader and mold. Condition: Barrel retains 60% of the original blue finish with some fading to a plum. Cylinder has about 40% of the original blue finish thinning to brown. Frame is a nice brown mixing with some traces of blue in the protected areas. All markings are very sharp and crisp. The original box has some scotch tape on the outer edges to reinforce the box. Accessories are excellent.Starting Price: $1000

In the original partitioned cardboard box with Remington marked flask, mold, loader. This revolver is pictured in the Remington First Revolver Book by Charles Schif on page 42 and 65. Boxed second model Beals are very scarce; this particular box is one of five known to exist. Condition: Revolver is very sharp and crisp with a grey to brown patina. Flask is excelellnt.
