A 19th Century carved brisé fan decorated with figures within a landscape with pagodas, together with a 19th Century bone and sequin decorated fan depicting dandelions CONDITION REPORTS The brisé fan has numerous areas of discolouration adn staining especialy to the outer sticks nad sticks to the middle of the fan. The ribbon has come apart on the far left hand stick. Some surface scratches and accretions. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. The 19th Century bone and sequine decorated fan has numeroous areas of discolouration and staining, wear and fading on the giltwork . The cloth is discooured and has areas of staining. There appears to be a repair on the left hand outer stick which appears to have been snapped and tied together with a bow. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use - see images for details
A circa 1900 oak cylindrical stick stand by Liberty bearing label to underside "Liberty, Birmingham - London & Paris" CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches, scuffs, knocks and dents to the wood. Some small chips in areas mainly to the edges of the hoops. Some discolouration and fadinf to areas, there are what appear to be flecks of white paint in a small area. There is a small split to the wood on one of the hoops where one of the pins is. A slight gap where one of the hoops where the ends are pinned.. Some tarnishing and pitting to the decorative metal studs. No obvious signs of restoration, re-polishing, re-varnishing etc. Item is structurally sound and solid with wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.
The Avengers - Steed Sword Stick made by Lone Star, 25 inches.. Stick - Generally good. Adhesive on the silver strip (below handle) has weakened.
