VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing structurally sound. Evidence of woodworm to the back of one of the legs and woodworm evident in other parts of the both chairs. Wear and tear commensurate with age especially around the feet area, scratches and losses over all.

VAT) CONDITION REPORT: The bow backed chair has some damage to the top rail with losses, split to the seat, basically sound. The other chair is sound but has evidence of old worming in the seat.
