An Ercol extending dining table and six stick back chairs CONDITION REPORTS Table approx 90cm wide, 152cm long. Items have general wear and scuffs and some scratches, plus the chairs also have various chips and scratches and some deterioration and wear to the finish. Some marks and stains to the legs. Colour appears reasonably good, and condition overall appears reasonably good.
COLLECTION OF UNUSUAL WALKING CANES An 'Ideal' measurement stick, perhaps to be used as a livestock measure, the metal shaft marked in inches and centimetres. The handle divides into two halves, one of which slips onto the shaft, and the other forms a rigid end. Length 85cm. Condition Report: 2cm diameter. 750 grams.
A wrought iron stick stand in the manner of Voysey. Condition Report: The full height from the floor to the top of the wrought iron back is 70.5cm. The width of the stick bar is 43.5cm. The iron work could bear being wire brushed and painted, but is intact. The tray is covered in Verdigris, but probably would polish up.
A Japanese WWII period eleven stick fan, issued by the Army Department under Hideki Tojo, the green canvas folds printed with the Kanji symbols for Suceed, Certainty, Win and Certainty, bamboo sticks and guards, the reverse boldly printed in red with the Hinomaru (or circle of the sun), 40.5cm wide overall, c. 1941-1945

Trifling marks, otherwise nearly mint state with substantial original colour.
