A Victorian Arts & Crafts brass mounted walnut stick/umbrella stand, in the manner of James Shoolbred With applied plaque with registration number RD No. 187032, the curved top rail with laurel wreath and ribbon mount above the tubular brass divided stick sections, above the removable drip tray. 95 cm high; 52 cm wide. CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, some scuffing/scratching, general wear.
A 19th century Folk Art engraved treen walking stick Decorated in the round with various domestic and exotic animals, each above the corresponding letter of the alphabet including a zebra, an elephant, a hare, cow and a camel, and with a church and a steam train tender and carriages, engraved S Hewett, Boxted, 1864 and further engraved with a verse "If I be lost and you me find pray bring me hom you be so kind". 103 cm long. CONDITION REPORTS: Some wear to handle, slightly grubby, some scuffing, slightly crusty to top section of shaft, no cracks or splits, general wear.

Two yellow metal Scottish agate inlaid rondels, (probably hat pin finials) a Russian silver and enamel egg pendant, a coral dog pendant, Islamic script seal stone and other items Condition Report:Rondels;some of the agates are unpolished, on close inspection think they may have been replaced with some sort of filler and painted?Couple have chips. Arabic seal, hand engraved to both sides, extensive chipping to the girdle, would be ok if it was re set, that would hide it. Egg; couple of chips to the base, seen with a loope, none full thickness. Dog; striation marks; red coral, no damage. Black hand; hand carved, not stone, not black coral, possibly ebony? not too sure I can't stick a hot pin in it as its not ours, takes a good polish what ever it is, mounted in white metal, no damage. White hand, white coral, has striation lines, mounted in yellow metal. Little box; has a tiny spinning top inside, dimensions 14mm x 7mm x 7mm. Probably ivory, late 19th century by the style.
