The handle of the umbrella does contain a pencil beneath the yellow metal dome (see image), the dimensions of the two items are 86cm (parasol) and 93.5cm (walking stick). The parasol is marked 'Brig London' and the collar of the walking stick is stamped 'WDFHA' 'Brig London'

A 19th century Chinese porcelain stick/umbrella stand; the body painted with two main vertical rectangular panels, one depicting fighting warriors on horseback and the other with a seated high ranking official and various attendants etc. before him, the yellow and light mauve-coloured diaper border interspersed with four panels containing Buddhistic emblems, the main body with further panels depicting flowers and various butterflies etc., with vertical multi-coloured striped base in loose lappet-style, unglazed circular foot (59cm high)There is minor fritting to the rim glaze otherwise in good condition.

A pair of Chinese famille verte joss-stick holders, 19th century, each mounted with a dog of Fo seated on a rectangular plinth, height 25.5cm, width 11cm.Condition report: The left hand dog has no obvious damage or condition issues, other than a couple of firing flaws (see pictures). The right hand dog has a small chip to the base and is missing a horny nodule, which is an overglazed firing flaw.Postage, boxed £50.
