Five small watercolours including: a raging river in a rugged tree-lined chasm with a rickety bridge 7" x 5"; a young lady walking a dog along a woodland ride with Pine trees, her dog anxiously waiting for her to throw the stick that she is carrying 5" x 7 1/4"; three of rock formations including: one with the turquoise ocean in the background 7" x 5 1/4", "Ponoch", 2 13/16" x 5 1/16"; "Cima di Castello from Alliari Hut, Via de Espranza" 1 7/8" x 3 9/16" and a hand coloured engraving of "Wynn Stay in Denbighshire, the seat of Sir Watkins Williams Wynn, Bart". An early 20th century cased stick barometer, by Negretti & Zambra of London, with a plaque inscribed for Rothamsted Experimental Station 1924, 94cm highCondition report: Overall condition looks to be complete. Unrestored, so dirty. Some dirt and discolouration to the dial. One of the buttons does turn, but the marker does not move, the other works fine. Has mercury inside and it moves, but we cannot confirm the accuracy. The thermometer has liquid and looks to work. The wood on the case is dry with some light marks, but could easily be polished to improve the appearance.
A 19th Century Victorian walking stick / sword stick cane having a shaped horn handle with yellow metal mount featuring a cherub, 800 silver collar and faux bamboo handle. The handle removing to reveal a blade stamped Berardierf?. Measures approx; 82cm long. Age Verification required for postage.
