Two Samsons of Paris porcelain cats, together with a 19th century Derby beaker, a similar chamber stick, Royal Crown Derby miniature lidded urn, a Royal Worcester leaf jug, a Worcester Derbyshire decorated small vase and an Imari lidded casket. Tallest 10 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The Derby beaker is the small orange ground floral decorated vase. It is in generally good condition with no evidence of any damage, repairs or restoration. We cannot see any cracks and there are no chips. The only minor issue is rubbing to the gilding on both the top and foot rims. The chamberstick has a chip to the top rim and various scuffs and nibbles around the foot rim. There is a chip to the very top of the handle. The gilding is rubbed generally and there is a further small chip to the top edge of the candle aperture.
A Shoolbred attributed oak and brass hall stick stand, of typical form and complete with drip tray. Width 56 cm, height 101 cm, depth 25 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The hall stand is structurally sound. All brasswork is present. The oak frame is very dirty and has some water staining and paint marks. There are no splits or significant losses it simply requires a clean and polish. The drip tray appears to be original and is missing much of its painted surface but is fully functional.
