Early 20th century carved ivory walking stick, the stick ribbed as bamboo sections, the pommel carved as an elephant and a lion, 93.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Stick in good condition, one small and another tiny one. Indentation on one section of stick. Age crack to bottom of side of curved handle, c1cm.
A 19th century ivory brise fan and four other fans, the scissor handled guards opening up the veins into a circle, each pierced and carved with village figures about an oval bearing initials, a bone brise fan, a painted feather fan with bone sticks, a bamboo fan with floral painted leaf and a Spanish wooden fan with flower painted brown silk leaf (5) The silk tape to hold the sticks of the ivory fan in circular shape has broken. One stick is cracked at the top. The tip of the guard stick to the bone brise fan is cracked. The painting on the feathers has largely flaked off. The brown silk leaf of the last has begun to fail at the folds particularly on one side

CONDITION REPORT: One stick is loose and there is light foxing in parts, there are also tiny creases in parts.
