(4) 6.0 grams gross CONDITION REPORTThe diamond and enamel Royal Thames stick pin with heavy losses to the blue enamel, other two burgee items in good overall condition. The Royal Dorset stick pin is marked '18', the other items are not hallmarked or stamped but in our opinion would test as gold. Please note, since photography one diamond from the garnet and diamond stickpin is out of the setting and will require repair.

A VICTORIAN SILVER CHAMBERSTICK, by Julius (Judah) Rosenthal & Samuel Jacob, London 1889, the circular dished base chased with beasts and C-scrolls, the openwork handle chased with flowerheads. 15cm diameter overall, 4.2 troy ouncesCONDITION REPORTMarks clear and well struck. Stands upright, slight rocking to base. Crimped edge to dished base with a couple of splits, also misshapen to side edge. Split approx. 1cm to left edge of C-scroll handle where it joins the base. Split 2.5cm long in the base, adjacent to foot of circular stick. Brass liner within candle stick is split with section lacking. Various other minor dings and light surface scratches commensurate with age and use

He was also a historian, broadcaster, author and speaker who regularly gave talks on local history, agricultural history and historic curios. A square-topped mahogany occasional table with undertier and shaped cabriole legs (40cm) together with a mahogany tripod wine table by Cottage Industry Handmade Furniture, Ludlow England (2)Condition Report: The wine table has a stick on label of cottage industry handmade furniture to the underside, in very nice condition overall, a few little minor dings to the ends of the legs as expected, the top looks very good and in the Auctioneer's condition is 20-40 years old. The larger square topped table has no maker's labels or stamps and is not by the same maker as the wine table. Some of the veneers are coming up around the edge and this could be circa 1930/50s. Some minor scuffing but confined to the bottom of the legs as expected.
