A Mahogany Stick Barometer, signed Wm Heaton, London, circa 1810, swan neck pediment, hinged glass door, concealed mercury tube, single vernier silvered dial signed, turned cistern cover, 96cm high 13.02.15, Case with scratches, mouldings and case edges with minor dents in parts, cistern cover with small cracks, a small piece of metal has been added above the mercury tube and the last two letters of surname of Heaton has been re-engraved, later tube with visible mercury.
An Oak Stick Barometer, signed E Zuccani, London, circa 1870, concealed mercury tube, single ivory vernier scale, thermometer box, turned cistern cover, 91cm high 06.01.15, Small piece of veneer lifting to the topside, ivory dial is slightly discoloured, bottom panel in between the dial is later, mercury thermometer tube with air bubbles, thermometer box glass with a minor chip.
A Stick Pin, in a Wartski case, a round cut garnet in a yellow claw setting, on a pin with mid-way twist This is in good condition. The garnet set crown unscrews from the pin. It bears no hallmark, nor stamp, but in our opinion it would test as gold. Gross weight 1.4 grams. The case is for Wartski, Llandudno. CR made 21st January 2015
