A cabochon star ruby stick pin by Tiffany & Co, the sugarloaf ruby weighs approximately 15.70cts, within yellow gold mount, signed, 7.5cm high Accompanied by report number 79201-91 dated 20 February 2019 from GCS, London stating that the cabochon-cut star ruby weighs approximately 15.70cts and is a natural star ruby with no indications of heat treatment.
