A Pair of Diamond, Split Pearl, Peridot and Pink Tourmaline Drop Earrings, an oval yellow plain polished plaque inset with an old cut diamond, surmounted by a trefoil formed of split pearls and a round cut tourmaline, suspended from a round cut peridot, in millegrain settings, total estimated diamond weight 0.10 carat approximately, length 4.6cm, with hook fittings . The earrings are in good condition. They bear no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. A Pair of Diamond Solitaire Earrings, the eight-cut diamonds inset within a yellow dome, total estimated diamond weight 0.10 carat approximately, measure 0.65cm diameter, with post fittings. The earrings are in fair condition with surface scratches throughout. They bear no hallmark nor stamp but the butterflies are stamped '750' and in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 3.6 grams. CR made 08.07.21
A 9 Carat Gold Blue Zircon, Amethyst and Diamond Brooch, the floral spray motif set throughout with oval cut blue zircons, round cut amethysts and eight-cut diamonds, in white and yellow claw and millegrain settings, total estimated diamond weight 0.12 carat approximately, length 5.5cm; and A Pair of Amethyst and Diamond Earrings, a round cut amethyst within a border of eight-cut diamonds, in yellow claw settings, with yellow foliate detail, total estimated diamond weight 0.12 carat approximately, measure 1.7cm diameter, with post fittings . Both pieces are in good condition. The brooch fastens with a pin and revolver catch. The brooch is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'A&W', Birmingham, 1962. The earrings bear no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2/I1. Gross weight 14.9 grams. WWII Second World War - a detailed diorama scene entitled ' German Tiger I - Eastern Front 1944 '. Featuring a (believed) 1/32 scale Unimax model of a Tiger Tank, set upon a base alongside a ruined building, and covered in fake snow, with several soldier figures. Base measures approx; 34cm long. Note; much of the fake powdered snow is loose, so please bear this in mind if having it posted.
WWII & Post-WWII Second World War Medal group awarded to one 14472116 Sergeant Wallace John Chapman of 9 Parachute Squadron, Royal Engineers. The medal group comprising; WWII Defence Medal, WWII War Medal, QEII General Service Medal with Canal Zone & Cyprus clasps, Suez Canal Zone medal, and National Service Medal 1939-1960. Also includes: his Allied Special Forces medal and Cadet Forces Medal ( both not in frame). Along with the official set of miniatures. All with original ribbons. Also includes a duplicate General Service Medal, Defence Medal and War Medal mounted on bar (these medals are presumed to be his 'wearing' set, whilst the framed set are his 'display' set). Personal effects from Chapman include his Soldier's Service & Pay Book, his Regular Army Certificate Of Service, boxes for some of the medals in the frame, his original George VI cap badged maroon Airborne uniform beret with parachute badge, and a later beret with George VI cap badge, and an Airborne related teddy bear in typical uniform. A hallmarked silver Masonic medal and another similar example (not silver) are also included. Consigned from family. Chapman served in the Gloucester Home Guard from 1943 until he became of age, when he then signed up to the General Service Corps in August 1945. For his work in the Home Guard he was issued the Defence Medal, and for his Army work he was awarded the War Medal. He saw active service in the Suez Canal Zone from 1951-53. His Certificate of Service shows he was discharged on 22nd August 1957.

B6 Robert Taylor "First of Many" Special Edition Douglas Bader Tribute Print signed by 4 highly decorated RAF Fighter Aces all of whom flew in The Battle of Britain. This is a framed Special Edition Douglas Bader Tribute print limited to 600 copies published in 1981 and is supplied with the original Certificate of Authenticity. The print is signed by the artist, Robert Taylor and by four famous RAF Fighter Aces that flew Hurricanes and Spitfires with Douglas Bader during the Battle of Britain in 1940 these being Air Commodore Pat 'Jamie' Jameson CB DSO DFC, Wing Commander Bob Stanford-Tuck DSO DFC & 2 Bars, Group Captain Duncan Smith DSO DFC AE and Group Captain Peter Townsend CVO DSO DFC & Bar. The print is framed and overall measures approximately 67cm x 53cm (26. 5 inches x 21 inches) and is in very with no sign of any fading. Print Historical Detail: Just after 7am on the morning of 11 July 1940, the phone rang in the dispersal hut of 242 Squadron. "Bandit approaching Cromer. Can you get a section off?" The new squadron commander, Douglas Bader, peered into the driving rain. "No! The weather is too bad. I'll go myself. "In terrible conditions, he scrambled his new Hurricane alone, climbing into thick, turbulent cloud where he spotted a Dornier 17. Hauling his Hurricane around, Bader brought his guns to bear managing several bursts before the enemy bomber disappeared into the murk. It was not until Bader landed that he learned the Dornier had crashed into the sea off Cromer. It was 242 Squadron's first victory of the war and the First of Many achieved by the squadron and its mercurial commander. Each print in this special Tribute Edition is signed by four famous RAF Fighter Aces that flew Hurricanes and Spitfires with Douglas Bader in the Battle of Britain in 1940.
