Neath Grammar School 1922-23 representative cap awarded to the Welsh Schoolboys' International and future Neath RFC player Griff Bevan,black velvet cap with silvered tassel and braiding, embroidered with crest and 1922-23, interior bear hand written name label GRIFF. BEVAN, bears Anthemion Auction tag, excellent condition with little wearNeath RFC's Griff Bevan was a versatile player who started variously at centre, wing or outside-half. He played for Neath between 1929-30 and 1932-33, at which time injury forced his retirement. Bevan scored a total of 15 tries and was occasionally a goalkicker.
