A pair of late 19th/early 20th Century Meissen figures, she feeding chickens, he feeding ducks, both bear blue cross swords marks, incised and impressed numbers to base, 12 cm high(Provenance: the property of the Raymond Barker family late of Fairford Park Gloucestershire) CONDITION REPORTS Whatever the boy is holding in his left hand is broken and the flowers in his bag are also broken and chipped in various places. the girl has had a chip out and re-glued to the underside of the basket but this doesn't appear to have affected the hand. Both have general wear and tear to include surface scratches, dirt, firing faults etc as well as some small chips to the extremities i.e. beaks, grain etc - see images for further details

A pair Sèvres "Bleu Royale" ground vases of inverted pear form with foliate decorated rim and handles, raised on a circular foot to square plinth base, the whole with gilt and enamel jewelled decoration, (bear blue crossed "L's" mark with date letters "II" for 1786 flanked by "H P"), 28.5 cm high (Provenance: the property of the Raymond Barker family late of Fairford Park Gloucestershire) CONDITION REPORTS Both have wear and looses to the guilding and "jewel work". One has a significant repair to the base.=, the other has black paint marks to the handles. Both have some firing faults, one in particular has a crack at the top near the handle. Both are loose on their bases, bolts etc need tightening. Gilding is worn on both. Both have general wear and tear, surface scratches etc. See images for further details. Vase One - gilding worn around top opening, some areas of jewelling missing, including turquoise beads to band x 5. Various small areas of jewelling and gilding missing. Turquoise colour beading to centre band missing x 6. Turquoise beading to foot missing x 3. Large repaired chip to socle top approx 2.1 cm x .6 cm. Various wearing to the gilding throughout. Vase Two - with wear to the gilding around vase opening. Firing crack to one side approx 2 cm jagged vertically. Much smaller firing crack to the other side of the same leaf approx .15 cm. Turquoise beads around shoulder missing x 7. Areas of jewelling and gilding worn and/or missing to the main band. Turquoise beads to centre band complete though with some small areas of damage or loss. Socle and plinth basically sound though with wear to the small areas of damage or loss. Socle and plinth basically sound though with wear to the gilding. Turquoise beads missing to socle x 13. Some other areas of jewelling missing.
