A large French white metal mounted glass vanity box, with Minerva 950 mark, the lid repousse decorated with central vacant cartouche within floral swags and foliage, the glass box acid etched with floral swags, 10.5cm high, 19cm wide, 12cm deep, silver weight approx. 7.2oz The glass box with vertical chip approx. 2.8cm to one corner, otherwise with only surface scratches. The lid with surface scratches and minor tarnishing and minor bending to sides. Heavier scratches to underside of lid.
