An early 20th century pair of silver backed clothes brushes in stitched brown leather case, Birmingham hallmarks 1918. Condition Report: Items appear in good condition. Some wear to the brushes but nothing unusual. The silver is slightly scratched in places but no dents and the hallmarks are clear. The box has slight age related wear but is complete.

An Edwardian hallmarked silver students perpetual candle lamp, formed in three sections, the stepped foot with beaded edge below plain cylindrical stem with removable spring loaded candle support, reflector shade above, the foot engraved with name and dated 28th February 1903, height 36cm, Sheffield 1902, Walker and Hall all within baize lined Mappin and Webb fitted wooden box.
A MIXED LOT OF 1930'S 'DECO' MAUDIERES & COMPACTS Two Art Deco powder compacts. A gold compact with diamante animals and other lucky charms, a black enamelled compact with a diamante clasp. Two Art Deco Maudieres. A black enamelled maudiere with silver edge and clasp. With an art deco emblem on the front with diamante strips. The inside is silver with various compartments for cigarettes (containing the originals!) Powder, rouge and a mirror. The whole maudiere is then compacted into a black suede handbag. 19cms x 12cms x 3cms. Kept in a red Cartier box. A further yellow enamelled maudiere with a bow of diamante measuring 18cms x 12cms x 2cms. Also kept in a Cartier box. In its original case, with Ancient Order of Foresters, Official Regalia, sold only to the Executive Council inside the lid. A QE11 Police Exemplary Service Medal, named to Const Michael J Brinkworth.

MILITARY & NURSING MEDALS. A group of three medals to Captain G Pinney, in box of issue and complete with slip. 1939/45 Star, Africa Star with bar 8th Army. War Medal. Gerald Pinney 1907-1990 was serving in the Royal Corps of Signals during WW11. A copied photograph shows him on a horse in front of the Egyptian landscape. Also with the medals is his Regular Army Reserve of Officers lapel badge. A Voluntary Service in Nursing silver medal, named to Miss Muriel Graveley. Three further Red Cross Nursing awards with service bars, one named to M M Graveley. Miss Graveley was a Teacher by profession, a Voluntary Red Cross Nurse by choice. A copied photograph of her in uniform is with the medals.
