Silver Cross of Merit, awarded for services to the Republic of Poland. The version made by the State Mint in silver, dimensions: 42.0 x 42.0 mm, Original period ribbon. Cross-shaped award with arms covered with red enamel, sun rays between the arms. Inside there are the initials RP (Republic of Poland) medallion. The set includes an ID card from 1954 and a box.
