A Japanese silver, copper and gold cigarette box, Meiji period, decorated with a panel of roses, signed, 22 x 14.5cm, height 8cm Condition: Probably some light rubbing to the top panel with one small area of fine scratching, minor dents and knocks to the silver particularly near the front right corner, interior in ebony is a little faded and has lots its central dividers.
A George VI Cartier silver and yellow metal mounted cigarette case, in original fitted Cartier gilt tooled leather box, London, 1948, signed Cartier, London and numbered H6969, inscribed on inner lip rim 'MW FROM WS AFRICA 1951', 84mm, gross 4oz. Condition: A small area of very minor abrasions to the centre of the base exterior. A few very minor nicks and scratches in a few places, but otherwise in nice clean condition, commensurate with age and some use. Hallmarks, signature and numbers clear. Box has a few very minor scuff marks, but again generally clean.
An Edwardian silver and enamelled cabochon set rectangular box and hinged cover, the enamel decorated with the bust of a lady to sinister, Cohen & Charles, Chester, 1906, 84mm, gross 3.5oz.Condition: Small dent on left side panel. There appears to be a hairline crack across the enamel along with some minor scratches. The enamel is facing away from the lid when opening. Hallmarks on lid barely visible. Hallmarks on base clear.
