Edward VII 1897 Pattern Sword and Associated Items Attributed to Lt Col C E C Bartlett, MC, 1st Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment, the sword is complete with the leather covered field service scabbard. Grip retains the original wire. Blade is well worn with much of the etching now missing. WKC mark to the base of the blade. Accompanied by EPNS tankard presented by the Singapore Polo Club, October 1921, Hallmarked Silver christening cup presented by the warrant officers and sergeants of B company 1st battalion South Staffordshire regiment, October 1925 and a small polished wood cigar / cigarette box with mother of pearl inset regimental cap badge and name plaque to the lid. Imperial German Iron Cross 1st Class in Presentation Case, cross retains much of the frosted finish to the silver frame. Complete with the original pin and catch fixing on the reverse. The box has the outline of the award to the top of the lid. Some wear to the bottom of the box but generally a good example.

WW2 Campaign Medal Group and Hallmarked Silver Presentation Pocket Watch, the medals consist of 1939-45 star, France and Germany star, Defence medal and 1939-45 War medal. Medals are complete with original ribbons and box of issue. Accompanying the medals is a hallmarked silver (1937) swiss made pocket watch by J W Benson London, engraved on the reverse “PRESENTED TO MR HOARE FOR BEST PLOUGHING WITH FORDSON TRACTOR GRAVESEND & ROCHESTER AGRICULTRAL ASSOCIATION 22ND OCTOBER 1938”. Items remain in good overall condition with the watch in working order.
