AN AIR EFFICIENCY MEDAL GROUP 1939/ 45 & Africa Stars, Defence and War Medals, Air Efficency Award in box of issue. Dated 1955 the original Award Document is addressed to Flt Lt S J Roberts. The Second World War Medals are also in the box of issue, to the same recipient. Silver RAF Sweetheart Wings, RAF Officers Cloth Cap Badges and a mounted Miniature Group are in this lot. Also a related Bwm & Victory Medal Pair, with Silver Wound Badge in its original green box. The pair are named to 3932 Sjt J C Roberts Leics Regt.

A scratch built model of a 1920’s Rolls Royce Silver Ghost built to 1/5th scale by Mr E.L. Bryant from polished aluminum panels on channel section chassis with leaf spring linkage. This four door open top tourer has fittings including brass radiator grill head lights door fittings and hinges dashboard with instrument panel and working steering wheel rubber mounted running boards with fitted non-working control levers and battery box. The car has wooden spoke driving wheels with brass hubs and a 12 volt battery driven motor for propulsion. 92cm long in total.
A part built 0-6-0 locomotive ‘Rob Roy’ built to Martin Evans designs the rolling chassis with ‘Blackgates Engineering’ copper silver soldered boiler Serial No KT.159.7.91. Unused. Original Hydraulic test certificate 160 psi. Working 80 psi. Other items include chimney steam dome and smoke box door.
