19th century rosewood writing box. The box opens to reveal a hinged writing slope worked with fine Royal blue and gilt tooled leather interior, with a silver topped ink bottle London hallmark dated 1807, the box has a pen rest and small compartment for accessories, approx 35 x 24 x 14 cms, with brass inlay and brass carry handles.
