The box 13.5 cm wide. CONDITION REPORTS: Some general wear, box split to base, chipped, escutcheon lacking, general wear.
An Early 19th Century Flintlock Pocket Pistol by Labron, Leeds, the 6cm brass cannon barrel octagonal at the breech and now with an ebony stopper, the brass box lock signed and engraved with a martial trophy, with slide safety, concealed trigger, the walnut slab butt with silver oval escutcheon, 14.5cm. Action works, holds at full and half cock. Barrel has an ebony stopper at the muzzle. Minor bruising to grip. Very pretty little gun.
An Early 19th Century Flintlock Pocket Pistol by Archer of London, the 6cm round turn-off steel barrel with London proof marks, the box lock engraved with martial trophies enclosing maker's name, with slide safety, foliate engraved trigger guard and walnut slab butt with silver escutcheon, 18cm. Action does not work properly, will hold at half cock which will only release the trigger if pulled back. Brown patina to metalwork. Bruising and a fine crack to the butt.

Both pistols are in worn and tired condition. The actions work. Pitting to metalwork and bruising to grips.
