CONDITION REPORT: Although the spoons are the same date they have two different makers. Both spoons appear to be in good order with only very light surface scratches commensurate with age. The presentation box is in good order with a few light scuff marks again commensurate with age.

CONDITION REPORT: The biscuit barrel is in good order throughout. There are no obvious chips to the glass body. The silver marks are clear. There are no dents on the silver, the lid sits nicely. Overall an attractive piece.

A Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Platinum medallion, 1977, Obv: Portrait of the Queen, seated facing on a throne holding a sceptre and mace, Rev: Tudor rose in a stylised crown and inscription Vivat Regina 1952-1977 numbered 24, 57 mm. 180 grams (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The obverse appears to be in good order throughout with no obvious flaws. The reverse appears to be in good order throughout with no obvious faults. There is light tarnishing to both sides. The presentation box is in good order throughout. The hinge and locking mechanism work as they should.

Lot 480

An Aspreys of London silver bookmark, Birmingham 1932, with engine turned decoration, in original case of issue, 7 cm long (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: There is no engraving other than the manufacturers engine turned decoration. The spring by the main joint does not appear to be working but it is intact. At the opposing end of the shaft the small stem does rotate. The item fits the box as it should and there do not appear to be any missing pieces. There is only one spring on the mechanism. The hallmarks are clear. The presentation case is in good order throughout. It has the instructions for use applied to the underside of the box.
