A 19th Century .930 silver oval table snuff box, probably French, the hinge lid decorated in relief with a crown issuing acanthus swags framing three glazed portrait miniatures including one of Napoleon, enclosed by a border of green, red and blue pastes, the sides decorated with foliate scrolls, length approx 9cm (one portrait miniature indistinct and wear to others).
A Victorian rosewood travelling box, brass bound, the blue velvet lined interior containing a selection of ten silver mounted bottles and jars by William Neale, London 1867, each engine turned and engraved, also containing a manicure tray with ten implements (one missing), there is also a jewellery drawer below, the cover inset with a brass plate with presentation inscription dated December 1867
