19TH CENTURY ROSEWOOD, BRASS INLAID SEWING BOX, revealing fitted interior comprising: mother-of-pearl sewing accessories and various glass and silver plated jars, boxes etc. all within velvet interior and having drawer to base. 33.5cm wide x 24cm deep x 18cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Box itself has some minor splits, lots of surface wear, scratches etc. Interior looks fairly complete, some of jar stoppers have chips, minor rim chips etc. Surface wear/scratching as expected. Velvet interior a little grubby and worn.

Three early 20th century silver boxes, including:- a circular silver tobacco box by The Goldsmiths' and Silversmiths' Company Ltd, London 1908, with flush hinged sprung cover, gilded interior, crested, 7.25cm diameter together with a silver snuff box also by The Goldsmiths' and Silversmiths' Company Ltd, London 1908, of plain lozenge shape with reed and ribbon edge to the cover, 8.25cm diameter and a small square section box by Mappin & Webb, Birmingham 1917, with detachable rising cover guided by a suspension chain with finger ring, engine turned on two faces, 5.75cm high, 6.14oz (3) All in good condition, no splits, bruises or repairs
A pair of George III silver tea caddies and a matching sugar box, by Pierre Gillois, London 1761, each of bombé shape, the shoulders embossed with anthemion scrolls, standing on four cast scrolled feet, the covers concave fluted with spire finials, the one of larger dimension (15cm high) than the companion pair (14cm high), each with engraved monogram, 28.15oz (3) Each has a repair around the finial seat otherwise in good condition

A 17th/18th century silver gilt filigree box containing eight precious oil bottles, the rim of the hinged lid with alternating demilunes and triangles, the shapes repeated on the body above four ball feet, 9cm (3.5 in) wide There is a blank compartment central to the bottles possibly indicating that the central object has been lost. There is some denting and bending to the filigree work
