By John Richard Norgate, a modern silver cigarette box, London 1978, rectangular form, the cover with stylised fish and reeds, the hinged cover with a wavy-edge border, the sides engraved with waves, the interior gilded and with a wooden lining, length 11.5cm. John Richard Norgate, born 1946, he was apprenticed to Asprey and also studied for four years at the Sir John Cass College.
